This lovely washstand has been given a new lease of life, yet keeping many of it's original features to retain it's beauty and rustic charm.
Painted in 'Old Ochre' chalk paint, it gives this piece a distressed look and feel.
Our one-off piece would look fabulous in a bedroom or bathroom, with plenty of room to hide your towels, linen...
The washstand is made from satin walnut, the top surface was originally marble but due to how badly damaged it was it had to be removed and so we have replaced it with a hard wood. W have also changed the catch in the centre where the cupboard doors meet. There is a light stain inside the right side of the cupboard at the back and can only be seen on the inside.
It also has the original castors on so you can easily move it around.
It has been lovingly re-vamped. Like many of our pieces we do grow attached to them and so we hope that it goes to a nice home.
